Westgate Name Tag Rollout
Introduction
Westgate Resorts introduced a new name tag initiative as part of an effort to refresh and unify employee presentation across the company. As part of this rollout, a custom packaging design was developed to present the new name tags in a way that reflected the company’s brand identity and values.
Rather than using standard packaging, the project focused on creating a thoughtful presentation that acknowledged the company’s heritage while introducing the updated name tag design. The packaging served as the first interaction employees would have with the new name tags, making it an opportunity to reinforce the brand story and create a memorable introduction to the program.
Task
The objective of this project was to design packaging that would create a meaningful and engaging reveal while celebrating the history and growth of Westgate Resorts. The design needed to communicate the company’s journey from its beginnings to the present while elevating a simple functional item into a branded experience.
